The flavour of your cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks which is why I'm so passionate about the flavours and ingredients I use.
My aim is to always produce interesting and delicious, unique flavours for my clients and each cake is made fresh to order using only the best ingredients sourced from local suppliers where feasible including high quality butter, free range local eggs, finest Belgian Chocolate and seasonal fruit where possible.
Below you'll find a selection of our most popular cake flavours but if there's something you'd particularly like just let me know.
Each of our cakes contain four layers of delicate sponge interspersed with three generous layers of filling. Each cake is at least 5 inches deep and coated in a layer of indulgent white chocolate ganache and then a fine layer of luxury Swiss fondant icing with sharp, crisp edges.
Allergen Information: All of our products are made in a kitchen which uses nuts so would not be suitable for clients with severe allergies. All of our macarons contain nuts, eggs and dairy.
Availability: Due to the seasonality and availability of ingredients some flavours may not be available at all times.
Please note we have a minimum order value of £500 for wedding cakes and we do not offer cakes with a buttercream finish.
